On my old computer and my old laptop, I could back up files to a cd-rw
disk. It would overwrite the old file and write the new file. I
can't seem to do that anymore. I have to erase the whole CD-RW disk
to write to it again.
My old Adaptec and then later Roxio 5 would let me format the CD-RW
and than I could write, delete and overwrite using Windows Explorer.
Can we no longer use Windows explorer to immediately write (instead of
awaiting to write later) and can we no longer just delete one file on
it without having to erase the whole disk? Am I missing something?
