Help needed - can not boot up

Hello,

Can anyone help me please! I have mistakenly changed the fil
CSGina.dll and now cannot boot up. I have tried getting in to Safe Mod
but unable to. I get a error message "The Logon User Interface DL
CSGina.dll has failed to load" How can I get back in and change th
file name?Is it possible to get into Dos mode directly without full
booting up? If so, how should I go about changing the CSGina.dll fil
name?

Hope there is an answer to this problem.

The CSGina.dll is NOT a WindowsXP not a System32 file. You must delete or
change it in the Registry for your system to boot properly. The below URL
(website) may of some help by deletting this 3rd party requirement.
How to Change to Registry?
Start>Run>type REGEDIT and press OK - or
type REGEDIT at the DOS prompt and press Enter
Error message "A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen
