Help! My spelling and grammar check is not working

Please help me! My spelling and grammar check is not working in Outlook or
in Word. After I attempt to check my spelling, I receive a message that says
it is complete and that "Text Marked with Do Not Check Spelling or Grammar
was Skipped." What does that mean? HELP!!!

Pls try this.
Ms-word->tools->Options->Spelling and grammer tab
ensure you have been selected custom dictionaries and check the appropriate box as you need.
