Outlook Spell Check option won't take effect

Every time I run spell check on an e mail message, I get the warning that
"Text marked with"Do not check spelling or grammar" was skipped". I already
know about the Tools>Language>Set Language>check box option, but the change
does not stay in effect. I have tried making this change both from the
Outlook Tools tool bar and editing the signature in Word. Every new message
still has the same Do Not Check Spelling and Grammar box checked when I start
a new message.

Any suggestions to correct this buggy behavior. It is so frustrating when
you follow the instructions and it still does not work !

Yes, I see a box where I can select one of a couple of signatures that have
been set up. At the bottom is E Mail Signature . . . a morea advnced means
of slecting options related to signature.

Ahh, the plot thickens.

Here are the issues I see now:

My signature includes a picture- logo of my company.
I can enter text above the logo in the non-signature section. It looks
dumb, and then I can always take the additional step of
manually dragging the logo to the top of the page. Not a very elegant
solution.

In addition:
I still have a problem with Tools>Language> Set Language>and unchecking the
"Don't check spelling" box. I can unclick and make spell check works. But
then the setting doesn't hold for the next new message I compose. This
setting is only available in the individual mail message menu bar. When in
Outlook generally, there is no Tools> Language>Set>Language> check box option
in the main menu bar. We're getting closer. Thanks for the Help !

Just go to the Tools>Language>Set Language>check box option uncheck it in a new message, then hit the "Default..." button. This should make the default of your spell check to be set to always check.

Also, remember to enter down a feww lines on your signature so when you create a ne one it has a few lines to work in.

I also noticed sometimes only the top line is formatted like this. So when you are writhing your email ALWAYS start at the first line ot make sure spell check is working properly.
