HELP: My address bar isn't visible

In my Internet Explorer my address bar isn't visible.
Under View-Toolbars it is checked, and yet it isn't
showing up. I've called my Internet provider and they ran
me through alot of stuff like hittin F11 and all that
didn't work. Is there anyway I can just download a
version of IE that isn't messed up? I've tried
downloading the Service Pack again and seeing if that
would fix it but it didnt. Please send any replies to my

Under IE> View> Toolbars, it's checked, right?
Then try...
Right-click on your toolbar and uncheck "Lock the toolbars." Grab the
"handles" on the other toolbars and move them around- up & down as well as
sideways. The address bar should appear.
