HELP Moving drive space

How can I move drive space frome D: to C: drive.
I have 80 gig hard drive C: has 2 gig and D: has 78 gig. I am running WinXp
home. I want to do this without losing any files.

The only way you can create, delete, resize or merge existing
partitions, and not harm your existing Windows installation, is
to use a third-party partitioning program, such as Partition Magic 8.

Otherwise, a "clean install" of Windows XP will be required
since you'll have to delete all the existing partitions and create
a new single partition.
