HELP ME FIND A LOST DOCUMENT PLEASE!!!!

I was in the middle of typing a document when this message popped up

C://Program Files/Microsoft Office/Office 10/WINWORD.EXE

abnormal program termination

Of course the document had not been saved. Is there a way to find it on my
computer?
