Help login messed it up

I tried to join a work group called MSHOME and it said to restart so I went
to restart and I can login now with my old name. Can some1 please help me

1) If the classic logon screen is present select the tab where you can read
"Logon to computer only"
2) You may need to disconnect the wire connecting your computer to the
workgroup.
3) If the classic logon is not present, press ctrl+alt+del simultaneously a
few times for it to appear.
4) If not possible yet, logon with the administrator account and change the
user account password and then try again.
5) If still not able to logon, your account with user name and password may
have to be created in the workgroup server or the computer used as a server.
