Hi,

I downloaded a Japanese language font from the internet and copied the .ttf
file into C:\windows\fonts, but it didn't appear. Then I went to the "Fonts"
control panel Applet and selected "Install Fonts" from the menu. I browsed to
the location of the .ttf file and clicked on add, but a message stating that
it was already installed was reported. Support for Eastern languages has been
installed from the Regional Options and Languages.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

Hi:

You may delete the font file(.ttf) from the font folder and re-install
it from "Install Fonts" menu item, If you still can not find the font
on the font list, please restart your computer and try again.

Hope this can help you.
