HELP! I'm an idiot stuck in a foreign language!

Something happened, aww man I can't see this text! it's all weird funky
symbols...someting happened on my comp and It is not in english anymore, its
inb some weird symbols! How can I change it back? Will i need to reinstall
XP or format C? Or is there an easier way? Hhopefully i will be able to read
your replies!

I couldnt read it but i got it fixed now...
I had to boot from the winXP cd and do a repair/reinstall...

Good. You've probably repaired a quite a few potential problems which
haven't shown their heads as yet.

I'm not sure as to after you just do a repair/reinstall, you should run SP2
again.
I'd be interested on an answer to that, but I'm pretty sure you should (then
followed by all the criticical updates relesed since SP2)

I suppose the quickest way to find out is go to Windows Update and see how
many are lists - if SP2 is still installed, there should only be a max. of
about 10 new ones. That will tell you quick-smart!
