installing foreign language packs

Some people who receive my e-mails are asked to install a Japanese or Chinese
foreign language pack in order to read my e-mails correctly (otherwise the
e-mail may show up with unintelligible symbols). I am not sending an e-mail
in any foreign language, I am based in the US and the recipients are based in
the US. Does anyone know what may be happening on my end for my e-mails to
have that pop up? Any suggestions on how to make it go away for my clients?

Hi Shannon

I wonder if you ever solved this problem? I am experiencing something similar.

Many thanks
Michelle

No - the problem seems to have stopped happening as frequently but I don't
know how to stop it.
