Help for installing Trend Micro urgent

I am having a problem upgrading to this years package. I am told to go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Trend Micro\PC-cillin and I dont know how to open this.
Please can someone help me before it's too late. I can follow all of the
other instructions.

You want to use regedit. Chose Start | Run and type regedit and then
Ok. You will find the path stated in the program that opens. Be careful
though, the registry is a dangerous place unless you are really really
sure of what you are doing.
