i dont remember where my cookies file is so that i can clean up my computer

Why not use the normal method?
IE-Tools-Internet Options-General tab-Delete Cookies

FWIW, they are normally held in C:\Documents and
Settings\{username}\Cookies or you can open the folder by
Start-Run-COOKIES
