find blocked sender/program?

I accidentally closed a popup to block sender or program, (dont remember
which it was)when installing magicjack and now it wont install on this
computer. I cant seem to find with "search" or just looking, a place to find
"blocked sender or program" file to unblock this file...Any help would be
appreciated..Thanks. Duke

Forgot to add that I am running xp pro sp3, Spycatcher, Windows

or blocked by the Firewall. This list is automatically populated by the
Firewall policy, but you can also add or remove programs to the Firewall
program list in the Firewall Advance Settings.) and notifies you each time
the program tries to access the Internet. If you decide later on to allow
the program, you can unblock it by editing the Firewall Program List in your
Windows Live OneCare settings."

MagicJack is a "troublesome" software / hardware package. It does not
"install" a Add/Remove entry so as to remove it successfully. It
tracks your usage and reports this info to "Talk4Free."

I would completely remove this. Search the Internet for posted steps
from other "frustrated" former "attempters" (people who tried to use
MagicJack but found it took over too much.)
