Help files in some programs

I have noticed on some installed programs (example "Quicken WillMaker Plus
2005) that when I open the HELP tab then try to open a file nothing happens
on my desk top however they will open on my laptop. Also noticed that when I
search for Winhlp32.exe on the desk top nothing is found. I did a total
Install using VPR install disc with no luck nor could the dealer where I
bought my PC (Best Buy) fix the problem. Any suggestions.....
