For some reason, the help and support option-from the desktop, will not send the email!
It keeps saying that the support page to send, is not found!
Can anyone advise?

Help and Support as supplied by MS cannot send emails but I suspect
that you have a computer supplied by a manufacturer that adds things
to MS's Help and Support page (as does Dell) that gives you links to
their support web pages.
If this is the case with you then it would be best to go to your
supplier's HOME web page and look for links there to their support
page as they may have changed web page addresses since your computer
was set up.
