I have downloaded from Kelly's Korner the helpSupport reinstall, which is a
Reg file, didn't help me in this problem__when I click on health and support
an error message pops up cannot find :helpctr.exe: it is on my hard drv,
what's the story please ?
running XP Pro SP2

%windir%\pchealth\helpctr\binaries\HelpCtr.exe

Does Help and Support Center launch?

used helpctr.exe____________ right click and instal and had to place WinXP
disk into drive to replace missing files
