Help and Support will not open

Windows Help and Support will not open. I click Start, Help and Support and
nothing happens-don't even get an error message. Also most (if not all) of
my apps help files will not open either. Anyone with any ideas as to how to
repair this? I'm running WinXP Pro SP1 with all latest updates installed.

Some applications, such as Easy Cleaner, are known to break Help and support,
Use system restore, pick a known good date and you should be OK. The fix for
Easy Cleaner is on the website. If it was broken by some other application
you'll have to figure out which one.
