Help and Support locks up

When I click Help and Support then any topic such as Hardware the next page
partially loads and then my computer locks up. I don't get an error message
or a blue screen. My mouse pointer still moves but can't get any response
when I click on something. I have to escape using Control, Alt, Delete. I am
using XP Home on an HP computer. I have exhauste all help from HP and also
YourTechOnline.com.
