Help and support center problem

When I try to veiw running services via help and support advanced system
information I get 'inst.PathName' is null or not an object I tried ruinning
kelly's help fix but it didn't help. Anyone know a fix? TIA

The file %windir%\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\OfflineCache\index.dat is probably
missing.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type: SFC /SCANNOW

Nope C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\OfflineCache\index.dat is there and isn't
corrupt.

I find it odd that View running services is the only item causing a problem.

P.S. I had already tried sfc /scannow without success.
