If I cant solve the problem with my folders ( see my question "need cc:Mail
to open folders") I have to format my computer. When I tried to do that my
computer couldnt detect my HDD. I have a SATA connection so I cant use the
autodetect HDD device in BIOS (?), tried it. Any ideas? Thanks!

Look into F6 installation of Windows XP (use Google) and get the driver you
will need for your controller on a floppy diskette. Although - if you have
an OEM copy that came with your computer - it should have the driver
slipstreamed in whatever method they gave you of restoring your system to
'as shipped'. If you do not have an OEM copy - then my first recommendation
stands - with the added option of getting the driver and slipstreaming the
driver into the installation media.
