having trouble sending a fax

help I'm unable to send a fax thru the fax console,need the basic help.

The basic help is in the Help Menu.
Need to know the problem. Can't read minds.

I am assuming you have successfully installed fax.
Ensure that your modem is enabled for receive by checking
the Devices tab on the Properties of your fax printer.
Now to send a fax -
1. Invoke Fax console
2. File -> Send a Fax
This will invoke Send fax wizard, which will take you
through the process of sending a fax.

the steps of sending a fax.
