having shutdown problems and not because of roxio cd!!

i'm using a very old lab top...it's a sony vaio but very old.....but it can
run xp... but i had a problem when i shut down i get this message in blue...


Technical information:

*** STOP: 0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0xFC8EF9B0, 0xFC8EF6B0)

*** kbdclass.sys - Address FC784945 base at FC784000, DateStamp 3b7d82f3

I need to know what to do to get rid of this problem...please help!!! I'm
clueless at what to do...
