Shutdown Problem

Deidre

I have a problem that first started when I would shutdown
my computer for the evening, it would restart. I then
looked up some stuff in the Knowledge base and it said
that it was set to automatically restart. So I went into
the My Computer, Properties, Advance, Shutdown & Recovery.
Anyways after I did that now when I shutdown I get a Stop
Error. The error is Stop: 0x0000007E(0xc0000005,
0xf9d4a941, 0xf9e699c0, 0xf9e696c0)
kbdclass.sys - Address f9d4a941 base at f9d4a000,
Datestamp 3d6ddad3
I tried to look this up in the Knowledge base also but I
couldnt find any solution.
FYI--I just re-installed the operating system & before it
didnt have this issue. Also I didnt install any Easy CD
Creator or Logitech software. I say this cuz in the
knowledge base that is what they said the problem was.

If anyone could help me that would be great. Please email
me at (e-mail address removed) with any solutions or questions,
I ask to email me cuz I cant always check the newsgroup!

Thanks in advance

The easiest way to correct this is to do a RESTORE a
couple of days before the problem started. Go to the
below website for additional help:
