Hi
I wonder if anyone can please help with this.
I'm running xp/he on my laptop, having no problems whatsoever. I installed
Act do get some data out, then uninstalled. It then seemed that Outlook
couldn't complete a send/receive no matter what i tried. So i ran a sys
restore, when the laptop rebooted, it blue-screened with the following:
A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer...
Technical information:
0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0xf77c273d, 0xf7c38e9c, 0xf7c38b98)
pci.sys - address f77c273d base at f77b6000, datestamp 41107d31
I've tried F8 - safe config / last known good/ etc - but get blue screens
everytime - even with safe/cmd prompt
If anyone has any idea what the problem is and/or how I might be able to
resolve it, I would really appreciate it
Many thanks
Steve
