stop error message

I have just installed a new motherboard into my pc.When I tried to load
windows I got a blue screen of death with a stop error code.The code was
stop: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005,0xF77160BF,0xF7B62208,0xF7B61F08)

Pci.sys - address F77160BF base at F770F000 Datestamp 3B7d855C

I am not running any graphics adapter and have set the bios to the internal
adapter.I cannot run safe mode as there is not o.s installed.The harddrive
has been formatted as well on another machine.
