GoldPocket

I was looking through my Programs folder and found GoldPocket folder. In it
there are many folders and files but the only .exe file is the uninstall.

I looked it up on the 'net and it seems to be about wireless technology.
Phones, interactive television. Why do you suppose it might be on my PC?
Any why no .exe file?

I DO download a bunch of stuff but think I would have remembered GoldPocket.
An unusual name.

It probably came bundled with some other application you installed, this is
a common practice especially with shareware and freeware apps.

Hi Rick,

Thanks! I've renamed the folder to see if anything adverse happens. I'm
reluctant to just uninstall in case there are hooks somewhere.
