GlobalMask can it be 777777?

Hi,

We are using frontpage 2002 server extensions for our websites. and are
facing some issues when we are trying to publish the content using
front page 2002 or front page 2003 it gives error.

Now there is a registry with name globalmask if i change that to
7777777 then it works fine.

What security issues do you all see if I change it to 7777777?
