Hi BKoiv63819,
To solve "MIDI Driver could not be found" errors:
Click Start / Control Panel
Click Sounds and Audio Devices
Click the Audio Tab
Under MIDI music playback pick a Default Device
make sure that the "Volume..." and "About..." buttons
both light up for the device you selected. If they don't
chose the Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth device.
If you still have problems, update your sound card drivers, here's how:

Hope this information helps you, thanks for posting and best of luck!.

| I recently purchased a game for my son called Gizmos &
| Gadgets. After installing he tried to play it and got the
| message MIDI Driver could not be found. We have Windows
| XP on our computer. The game says to run on Win. 95 or
| 98. I've tried this compatibility thing. I guess I don't
| really know what I'm doing, I still can't make the thing
| work.
