1. Right click the Recycle Bin/Properties/Check: Do Not Move Files to the
Recycle Bin...
Then try to delete it again.

2. "rd FOLDERNAME /s /q" command from the Command Prompt

OK -

I have a copy of everything on C: (my system drive) on another
physical drive partition EXCEPT for the ACT! 2005 folder.
How can I make that partition bootable so that I can GHOST it back to
drive C: so that it will boot as it does now. ?????????

I also have a GHOST copy on another partition of the same physical
drive as the copy I just did.

THIS is all NTFS format by the way.
