Getting 10061 : Connection refused error

Hi,

I am getting an error whenever I try to view a particular site,
10061 : connection refused error. Any ideas on what this means ?

That happens to me too when I use a wireless Internet connection: the
solution that works for me is to turn the firewall off.

No no no don't turn off your firewall!!! Go to the support site for said
firewall and find out how to edit the settings so that the problem does not
recur.
