Get rid to displaying zip files in Explorer

B

Bill

Hi,
I have WinXP SP1 installed.

In the File Explorer, whenever I click on a directory including ZIP files,
Explorer unzips the file and displays the content. This takes a lot of
time, especially when I have large ZIP files.

Is there a way to disable this feature?

Thanks

Hi Bill,

Click Start | Run | and type "regsvr32 /u zipfldr"
and
"regsvr32 /u cabview"
