get rid of my home phone but need fax

I want to get rid of my home phone line and get a cable modem and only a cel
phone. But I need to send and recieve 20 to 50 faxes a month. I have a
decent desktop pc. Keeping costs down and faxing simple and reliable is
important. Thank you in advance for your suggestions.
 
Faxing uses phone lines. Nothing else.
If you have no analog modem or phone line, you will need to use a fee based
Internet Fax Service. Several are listed here: http://www.savetz.com/fax/
