GET ME OUT

UI want out of this newsgroup because its filling my
mailbox with email, most of them as
undeliverables...getting virus alerts from it, etc I just
wanted help with a login problem(which I got) but I have
no idea what 95 percent of the emails are talking about.

There is a virus going around now that is called Swen
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/virus/alerts/swen.asp
It is the souce of thoose emails.
