Get Error 403 when trying to open pdf file

I have been getting error message 403 - "You are not authorized to view this
file" - about half the time when trying to open pdf files with ie 6.0 and
Adobe reader 7.0. These are not files that are restricted by the web site.
Sometimes I can open pdf files without a problem, other times I get the error
403 message. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have Windows XP Pro
SP1 and IE 6.0 SP1.

I get the same error message, i went to content advisor and disabled the
settings but I still get blocked...how can i stop getting blocked from
sites..I am the only one using this computer
