Genuine windows validation problem

Hi all,
I has a problem with windows validation. When i try to validate the windows
by using internet explorer, it asks me to download WGA ActiveX control, and
when i'm download it, it show me in the status bar, that something are
loading , but i'm wait something like 20 minutes and nothing happened. anyone
knows what the problem?
