Geforce MX 400 and This device cannot start (Code 10)

After setup display driver from CD (Chaintech brand)in
device manager show this message in box "Cannot Start
this hardware" and "This device cannot start (CODE 10)
how to fixed problem I'm change new driver but is can't
help me.
 
Delete it from Device Manager and reboot Joe.

The videocard. It might fix it.
