Device manager Code 10



I have an Octigen Enclosure with a Toshiba 80Gb hard drive which I use as a
backup USB device. Everything has been working normally for at least 12
months, but recently the device stopped working.

I uninstalled it and on startup got the message 'found new hardware MTP
Device' but the device doesn't work. In device manager I get the message
'This device cannot start. (Code 10)'.

Can anyone help
