GE usb 2.0 hub

windows shows unknown device under device manager. have
downloaded lates sp1 and update but still nothing
 
Did you get a Disk with software and drivers for the Hub? If yes,
install them.
 
HUBS do not need software normally. However, USB 2.0 hubs do need to be
connected to USB 2.0 ports to work correctly.
