Hi Gary
I can see that you are a e-mail genius can us help me. I am trying to send
out e-mail using windows mail and I get an error message saying 'Fatal
sending error, unspecified error' when I click open the detail window the
message said 'Microsoft jet database engine' Can u guide me to the correct
solution please?

The "Microsoft jet database engine" is where the information about your
messages are stored in your system. It does not store your messages; just
information about the messages. I don't know how to repair the problem but I
hope an expert does.

There is a slight possibility that the problem was caused and/or is caused
by your antivirus program; what AV are you using?

Hi Sam,

So lovely to hear from you. I am still having this problem. I am using
norton antivirus. I would love to know what to do to solve this problem
because it is giving me a headache and I cannot get any business done because
of it.
