gaming problem

the game I am playing is choppy, I have gotten a new
graphics card and changed all the settings under the
moon. Game still sucks. Computer is definetly fast
enough and compatible for this game, but I can not get it
to work properly. I was told that I have to check and
see where everything is getting distributed to, how do I
do that and does anyone know of a fix for this.....thanks

Do you think you could post more information? Like your PC specs, the name
of the game? if you have DirectX 9, all windows updates, if you have been
to the game makers site for updates, if you have contacted the game maker
about the problem?
