FTP Login issue

When perform a FTP command on my current OS to another W2K machine
it require user name and password , I know the user name with 'blank'
password ,
but when I do not key in anything of the password and press enter , the
screen say that "login failed". How to resolve it ?

I suggest you create a password for that other machine,
if only to lift its security. This will probably resolve your
FTP problem.
