FrontPage 2003 uploads files to FTP server as 0 bytes

Somes files/pages created in FP 2003 and tested successfully before uploading
to ftp server at web hosting service arrive as 0 bytes. FP log shows all
files successfully transferred but pages are corrupted/missing on web server.

Have the host check to make sure you have write-permissions (full access).

Also, in the FTP connection wizard, check the "use passive FTP" box. Some
of the active FTP commands (such as "file finisheed write to disk") happen
on other ports that may not be configured properly in the firewall. Passive
FTP uses port 21 exclusively and will reduce the number of problems you have
with security stuff.
