Frontpage 2003 Upgrade Office XP and FP 2002

I am using FP2002 wiht Office XP. I have tried to upgrade using the FP 2003
upgrade CD unsuccessfully. When I run the Setup.exe all things go as planned
but somewhere in the process the progress screen shows that the
installationis rolling back after the FP 2002 files have been deleted. Next I
get message that the installation could not be completed and asking to send
the error report to Microsoft.

I have searched hte Microsoft Knowlesdge Base etc and found no help..

Try uninstalling FP2002 and reinstalling FP 2003
