FrontPage 2003 Upgrade

I am still running FrontPage 98 on my Windows 98 SE computer. I have a new
Win XP computer and figure it is time to upgrade to FrontPage 2003. I really
prefer to stay with FP 98 but know that I will have to make the change
eventually. My question is: "Does the update version of FrontPage 2003 have
to be installed over the FrontPage 98 version to accomplish the upgrade?"
This would prevent me using the upgrade since FP 98 cannot be installed on
Win XP.

Thanks in advance.

No, it doesn't. If the version of FP2003 that you purchase is an upgrade
version, start the install - it will tell you it cannot find a qualifying
version - at that point, take out the FP2003 CD and put in the FP98 CD -
once it sees it, take out the FP98 CD and out the FP2003 CD back in and it
will finish the install.
