I cannot upgrade frontpage 2003 with MS office 2003

We just purchased new PCs with XP Pro and MS Office 2003 (Small Business)
FrontPage 2003 upgrade does not recognize this version of MS Office. It is
looking for 98, 2000 or XP. Is there anyway to force this upgrade? I do
still own a full version of FrontPage 98, but I did not want to load that
onto my new PCs unless I absolutely have to. Plus will FP 2003 still be
looking for MS Office anyway?

Start the install with the FrontPage 2003 upgrade disk.

When it asks for the location of the qualifying product, insert the FP 98 CD and point the
machine to it.
The install "should" then continue and ask for the FP 2003 upgrade CD and then complete
the install.

The upgrade requires a previous version of FP, not Office. You do not have to install FP98, just
insert the CD and point the dialog to it, when you are prompted about a qualifying product.
