FrontPage 2003 compatibility questions

My office manager has FP 2003 (with Windows XP, Office 2003). I have FP XP
(with MS Office XP and Windows XP). I would like to upgrade my computer to
FP 2003. Is FP 2003 compatible with Office XP or will I have to upgrade my
Office before I can upgrade to FP 2003? If FP 2003 is NOT compatible with
Office XP, I don't want to upgrade my entire computer right now just so we
can both edit the web site, so is it possible to use both versions (FP 2003
and FP XP) to edit our web site or will that cause issues? If it will cause
problems, what is the best way for both of us to retain the ability to edit
the web site given what each of us has on our computer?

I run Office XP and FrontPage 2003 at work with no issues at all. I also
co-author on a site with someone who is using FP2002 and there are no issues
there, either.
