Frontpage 2003 Error 301?

I got an error from Frontpage when I tried to publish a site to tripod.com.
I followed the instructions on tripod's website and when I did them in
frontpage, it gave me the error:

Unable to open http://www.tripod.com/falcondrama
Server Error: 301 Moved permenantly
Moved permanently The document has moved here...

blah blah blah

Is this a problem with tripod or my frontpage? Thanks

It appears to be a problem on Tripod...if the document has been moved. You
need to contact them.
