Frontpage 2003 and passwords

I have asked this question before but I don't understand some of the answers.
I use Frontpage 2003 and I need to restrict some webpages in the website, is
it possible to do this with Frontpage 2003. From everything I read,
Frontpage 2003 does not allow you to insert a password on pages or folders
within the original website. Can I create one password that users can use to
link to a certain area of the website. Thank you.

Some of the replies have been to go to ...support.microsoft.com.....,
information which speaks of Frontpage 2000. Another one speaks about web
input fields that included mini text editor for input into that field, which
is found in the admin. section, sorry but I have no idea what that is.

I guess the answer is that Frontpage 2003 is not able to restrict web pages
within the root website or to ask my server company about permission.

Yes, part of the process depends on what your server supports/allows.
