Password Protection - Frontpage 2003

I wish to password protect my website (the entire website) using Frontpage
2003 to permit authorized visitors only.
I have noticed earlier a post about Frontpage 2000 for part of a site. I
suppose it's not good enough.
Can anyone link me to the instructions/tutorial on the subject?

If you wish to protect the entire web site then speak with your ISP / WPP about file permission and how you would apply them to the
root of your web.
